Mains responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization.
Implement training and development programs.
Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.
Assess training effectiveness to insure incorporation of taught skills and technics into employees work behaviour.
Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status.
Identity future needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
Collaborate with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
Monitor budgets by department.
Promote and enforce our values throughout a strong and adequate communication policy.
Process employees’s queries and respond in a timely manner.
Qualifications :
Bac +5 in HR (From “ENCG” or equivalent)
At least 2 years experience in a similar position in automotive industry.
Fluent both in English / French
