Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and team members.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and records.
SharePoint Online & Exchange Management:
Develop and maintain SharePoint Online sites for departmental collaboration, document management, and workflow automation.
Manage user permissions, site content, and ensure the smooth operation of SharePoint Online.
Provide support in the setup and management of email accounts, distribution lists, and shared mailboxes in Microsoft Exchange.
Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of issues related to SharePoint Online and Exchange.
Data Management & Reporting:
Collect, organize, and analyze data for reports, presentations, and decision-making.
Maintain accurate records and filing systems, both physical and electronic.
Assist with the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and expense tracking.
Communication & Coordination:
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
Coordinate and communicate with various departments to ensure the seamless execution of company initiatives.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably withi
